Dartmouth College welcomes your gifts of stock. Please see below for information on transferring stock certificates.
How to Transfer Stock Gifts
To ensure you're properly credited, each stock gift should include the following information:
- Your name
- Name of the stock
- Number of shares of stock
- Approximate dollar value of the stock
- Name of your brokerage firm
- Wire Transfer
Your brokerage firm may wire gifts of stock directly into one of Dartmouth's brokerage accounts. Your broker must attach your name to the transaction in order for the gift to be properly recorded. You may mail stock certificates directly to Dartmouth College Investments, PO Box 107, Hanover, NH 03755-0107. Please be sure to include all information needed for a stock gift, listed above. - Hand Delivery to Dartmouth
You may deliver stock certificates directly to the Dartmouth College Investment Office, 7 Lebanon Street, Suite 305, Hanover.
